Wife Mary buried 15 July 1714 Ingleby, Derby, England.
Will Dated 10 March 1676 was proved 18 May 1677 at Derby.
He mentions his half brother Francis Mee and leaves all the residue of his property to his wife and children, and appoints his wife, Mary, executrix. Thomas Clark and Richard Bamford are the witnesses. His will was proved by the sole executrix, for the tuition of Mary and Sarah Mee the natural and lawful children of the testator, beng then minors. Richard Dickenson of Ingleby being surety to the bond, his inventory is attached to the will (amount 87 pounds 4 shillings and 0d.) Thomas Clark, John Boughton, Henry Fearne being appaisers.
