A Thomas Mee is christened in Kegworth on 18/11/1580 according to familysearch.org.
A Thomas Mee is buried at Castle Donington on 16/6/1627 according to Parish records.

There is no indication that the christening and burial are related, or that the burial is a son of the Thomas linked to, but it's a strong possibility. It would be most unlikely that the father of Jane was born in 1552, and there was a tradition of naming at least one son after yourself. Rather it looks like Thomas the father moved to Kegworth and Thomas the son moved back to Castle Donington.
Constance was probably already married when Thomas made his will.
By stating Ann (An Mee) is his nowe wife it means he was married before, so Constance is probably from the first marriage.
