Born c 1543 in Findern (though there's also a record c 1556 Ingleby, Deryshire).
Died in Aston on Trent.

Will proved 27 May 1613 (dated 23 May 1605) at Lichfield. She was a widow at this time.

1613 May 25 1605. In name of God Amen I Jane Mee of the parrishe of Aston uppon Trent in the county of Derby Widow beinge in good health & of good & perfect memory godes named be praised for it do make this my last Will & Testament in manner following the day & years above written. In primis I bequeath my soule unto Jesus Christ my only Savior & Redeemer & my bodye to be buried in Aston Church neare to the place where my husband was buried Itm I geve unto my sonne Robert Mee the sume of sixe pounds thirteen shellinges and 4 pence Itm I give unto my sone Thomas Mee five shillinges Itm I give unto every one of my childrens children two shillings Itm I give unto my daughter Mary Sadler the mattress I lye uppon with the worse coverlett & Boulster used to that bede and Boulster with the same bede Itm I give uto my daughter Jane williamson the fetherbed I lye uppon the better coverlett and Boulster used with the same bede. Itm I give unto the same Jane Williamson my daughter one paire of Sillver Tachhookes Itm I give unto my daughter Ales Haule three shillinges and four pence Itm I give unto my daughter Ellen Wilson one strik of rye & one strik of Mault Itm I give five shilling & eight pence to be divided amongst the poore people of Aston towne at the discretion of my executor and overseers All the rest of my goodes I give & bequeathe unto my sonne William Mee whom I leave my executor & I desire my neighbours John Wright & Thomas Ridge to be overseers that this my Will may be peformd & for their paynes I give them three shillings foure pence apeece In wittness that this is my last Will & testamt I have putt my mark unto this plesnt writinge in the p'senc of Robert Porter, John Wright J.W. Thomas Ridge his Mark.
